Good news!
I was offered a short term (with potential for a longer term) contract today! It's a short distance away in San Jose and I got the rate I asked for. I go in to sign the contract and start work on Monday! I've been pretty busy in the lead up to this. I've been feeling remiss about the trickle of content from this blog over the past few days, but then I remembered that normal people usually only write one entry a day or less. :-)
