Dropload - Like, It's Hot!
Ryan turned me on to dropload.com the other day, which is, esentially, free temp space for uploading files for people to download at a later time. It's not an "online harddrive." In stead, you upload a file (up to 100MB each) and provide email addresses of the recipients, who are then sent a notice with a download link. The file remains on their server for up to 7 days or until all parties download the file.
It's a great workaround for those stuck without ftp space or with a small file size attachment limit on the Inbox.

how about yousendit.com? it doesn't require registration (though it lacks the scatological charm of the site you cite).
