Wlel, I'll be dnaemd
I found this block of text on the Joomla! website, and it was quirky, unexpected, and dead-on enough to make me stop and 'whoa' Keanu-style:
Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at an Elingsh uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht frist and lsat ltteer is at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae we do not raed ervey lteter by itslef but the wrod as a wlohe. That says a lot to someone fascinated with words, fonts, word associations, and all that gobbledegook my friends have to endure from me. :-)

Someone on a mailing list has a similar sentence in their sig, and it surprised me a little bit, because I always assumed it was only us borderline dyslexics who learned to read that way. :)
