PornoTube is more global, so you'll have the opportunity to learn all sorts of foreign sex slang as you click around the tags - their search box has been "disabled" for as long as I've known about it. Finding specific topics requires that you find the tag in some other video and click on it. But, you can subscribe to PornoTube users videos via RSS, and fullscreen the videos.
There's pros and cons to both, but I've found that I can spare my sanity by making good use of local bookmarks when dealing with them.

I can't tell if there's any other way of sorting PornoTube videos, but since it's not looking for abstract "relevance," it doesn't matter much. An alphabetical sort would be cool, though. Alternately, you can change mode to "tags" to run searches on videos and photos.
