Real TV
I'm extremely pleased to learn that Manhattan Neighborhood Network, New York's own supercool public access channel, streams its content on its website [http://www.mnn.org]. It's definately worth checking out if you're stuck inside cuz of the rain or snow. It was on MNN where I first beheld the work of Concrete TV [http://www.concretetv.com], and here's hoping you too experience the magic.
Incidentally, there's a great archive of public domain films and stock footage compiled by Rick Prelinger [http://www.archive.org/movies/prelinger.php] that makes these amazing films available for streamed viewing or for free download in a variety of formats. An archive like this could keep video collage artists in the pink for years.
